It’s been a year of rebuilding, resilience, and reunion — and to clear any confusion we would like to officially reintroduce Caddy’s to our amazing community.

Like so many along the Gulf Coast, our Caddy’s family was deeply impacted by Hurricanes Milton and Helene. The storms brought challenges that forced us to temporarily close several of our beloved waterfront restaurants. But through it all, the spirit of Caddy’s — sunshine, sand, and good times with friends — never faded.

Over the past few months, we’ve received lots of questions about which Caddy’s locations are open, and we’re happy to share an update: Caddy’s is back and ready to welcome you home to the beach!

Our Treasure Island location is still open and operating right on the sand while our main restaurant undergoes exciting renovations! You’ll still find the full Caddy’s experience — tables in the sand, beach bars pouring your favorite drinks, TVs for game days, great food, beach chairs, and those unbeatable Gulf views.

And the best part? Our brand-new Treasure Island restaurant will be reopening in the new year, bringing a fresh look to the spot where so many memories have been made.
