On October 9, 2024, Hurricane Milton made landfall, leaving a lasting mark on Florida’s West Coast and the communities that call it home. What followed was a long road, one defined by resilience, rebuilding, and an outpouring of support that carried us through every challenge.
Today, we’re incredibly proud to say we’re back.
Over the past 18 months, you’ve been with us every step of the way. From the earliest cleanup days to construction milestones, your support, whether local or from afar, has meant everything. Caddy’s Treasure Island wouldn’t be where it is today without you.

Join Us for Our Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
In partnership with the Pinellas Beaches Chamber, we invite you to celebrate our reopening with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Thursday, April 9th at 6PM.
This marks the beginning of our soft opening phase, and we want to be transparent as we ease into operations. While we are thrilled to welcome everyone back into our new space, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding as our team settles in, fine-tunes service, and works through the natural growing pains of a new building.
Soft Opening Details
During this initial phase, we’ll be operating with a limited food and beverage menu as we make adjustments and ensure everything meets our standards. The full Caddy’s menu you know and love will be launching in the coming weeks, so stay tuned for that announcement.
Celebrate With Us: Concert Series Kickoff Party with Pirate Flag
The celebration doesn’t stop there.
We’re inviting everyone to officially welcome Caddy’s back with our Concert Series Kickoff Party on April 18th. This all-day event will feature:
- Live music and DJs
- Drink specials
- Limited-edition merch
- Beachside vibes all day long
Headlining the event is Pirate Flag, bringing the energy for an unforgettable night.
This event will also kick off a brand-new series of monthly concerts at Caddy’s, giving us even more reasons to celebrate together all spring and summer long. Please stay tuned for more details and announcements surrounding the Concert Series Kickoff Party on April 18th.
