• The Watermelon Flocktail at Caddy’s — a bright mix of Tito’s Vodka, triple sec, watermelon, cranberry juice, and sour mix, topped with a mini flamingo straw
• Prickly Pear Mule at Sculley’s
• Blue Flamingo Float Vodka-Rita at Mad Beach Cantina
