Caddy’s has always been more than just a restaurant and bar—it’s a community hub where locals and visitors come together to relax, celebrate, and create memories by the water. With this blog, we want to give you more than just great food and drinks; we want to provide useful updates, highlight the amazing people who make our location what it is, and give you an inside look at what’s coming next.

Construction Updates

As many of you know, last year’s hurricane caused significant damage to our building. Since then, we’ve been working tirelessly to rebuild Caddy’s Treasure Island and improve our space so that we can continue serving you in the best way possible.

A few weeks ago, we received our permits and construction is now underway. While there may be some temporary inconveniences, our goal is to make the final result worth the wait. We’ll use this blog to share progress updates, timelines, and even sneak peeks at the improvements along the way.

All the storm debris has now been cleared, and the building has been brought down to its four walls—giving us a fresh start to rebuild stronger than before. Electricians and plumbers are already hard at work inside, beginning the process of bringing the space back to life. At the same time, we’ve taken this opportunity to rethink the layout and move some things around, all with one goal in mind: creating a better, more seamless experience for our guests when we welcome you back to Caddy’s Treasure Island.
